1. Free Plan Forever

KanakkuBook offers a free community tier for small events and personal ledgers with zero subscription charges or hidden fees.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Organizers on paid subscription plans (Basic, Premium, Enterprise) may cancel their plan at any time through their Account Settings page.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods following cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid plan upgrades:

• If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, a 100% full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Refund requests submitted after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

4. Contact Billing Support

To request a refund or inquire about your billing invoice, please email our billing team at kanakkubook01@gmail.com with your registered email and transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
